　　D一步，把土豆切成小块，放入一锅开水中。洋葱切成薄片，与蒜末一起用橄榄油快炒。当土豆煮到半熟的程度时，捞出来沥干，加入到锅中的洋葱和蒜末里。撒入少量的盐、胡椒粉，再混入一些香料。第二步，等到土豆软了，放入咖喱粉和糖。沥干鹰嘴豆，把它们放入锅中，再挤一些柠檬汁到锅里。后，加入椰奶，再炖大概10分钟。
