Kathy

伦敦政治经济学院 (LSE)

教授

Kathy教授目前执教于伦敦政治经济学院LSE管理系，曾任教于莫纳什商学院，并拥有管理学及社会心理学的双博士学位。Kathy教授的研究专注于与员工之间情感和归因过程的相互作用。其论文曾发表在Journal of Applied Psychology、Journal of Personality and Social Psychology等顶刊。她曾获得工业与组织心理学学会SIOP（该领域较大的专业学会）奖学金。并被Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership 授予学者荣誉。

Professor Sun is an Assistant Professor at the LSE’s Department of Management. She was awarded her Ph.D. in Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Beijing Normal University. Prior to her appointment at LSE, she was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Monash Business School.

Her research focuses on the emotional and attributional processes underlying leader-follower interactions. Her recent research sheds light on employees’ feelings of gratitude relating to leaders’ behaviors, especially for the special treatment received from servant leaders. Her papers have appeared in the top journals, such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. She is the recipient of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Graduate Scholarship and was awarded as a Greenleaf Scholar by the Greenleaf Center for Servant leadership.

海底捞的成功出名于它的服务，而员工对待客户的服务是公司充分而成功的组织行为管理所带来的。比如，服务生会尽可能满足顾客的需求，而这需要管理者给予适当的决策权; 另外，服务人员提供服务并不是管理者做出规定就能奏效的。所以海底捞服务生对于顾客无微不至的关怀很大程度上归功于公司适当的培训，员工对自我的激励，对公司的承诺，以及个人对工作的满意度等等。本课程将从工业与组织心理学角度出发，探讨企业生产与组织的问题根源并寻求改善途径。

This course will introduce the fundamental knowledge in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology: what I/O Psychology is and how to conduct research in I/O Psychology, selection and performance appraisals, the individual level topics in I/O Psychology, such as motivation, attitude, and emotion. and the team dynamics and the role of leadership in team collaboration.
