　　Task 2:Some people say that government should pay for the health care and education but other people say that it is not the governments'responsibility.Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

　　Introduction:In my opinion,governments should shoulder the main responsibility and residents are supposed to contribute partly.
　　Body-1:reasons for governments to pay for public services.
　　-citizens pay tax to get necessary public services like education and healthcare
　　-guarantee that nobody is left out of school or medical care
　　-to reduce the inequity between areas
　　Body 2:reasons why it is not the governments'responsibility.
　　-Given that government funds are limited,providing for education and healthcare can put a significant financial strain on the government.
　　-We could require companies to pay for their employees or individuals or individuals to pay for themselves and for their children.
　　-Some diseases are related to the poor lifestyle or behaviors of individuals themselves.Paying for healthcare by themselves can help improve the awareness of their role in health.
　　In conclusion,my view is that governments should bear most responsibilities to pay for the healthcare and education while individuals should make their supplement so that they realize that they also need to take the responsibilities.
