青年面试官

Age: Between 20 and 30

1.Bring along visual samples of your work 。

2.Highlight your ability to multitask and transition efficiently from one project to another。

中年面试官

1.Emphasize your creativity and independent thinking

1. Show that you work hard toaccomplish your goals and that you have a desire to learn。

2. Demonstrate respect for whatthey've achieved and your willingness to be guided by them。

Age:Between 70 and 90

1.Offer a strong handshake and make strong eye contact

2.Show respect for all your interviewer has accomplished throughout his or her career

 一定要让他们知道你对于他们所取得的成就十分敬仰

3.Bring up examples of your loyalty and commitment to previous jobs. If the interviewer asks why you're leaving your current job, frame it as a matter of passion and career growth. Don't badmouth coworkers or suggest that you're leaving for more money

 强调你对于公司的忠诚度。假如面试官问你为什么离开现在的公司，你要说到“是为了更好的发展”或者“是为了离梦想更近”，千万不要在背后嚼你过去公司的舌根。
