　　常见形式：
　　(1)、名词+插入语/句+代词+谓语……{删除代词}

　　(2)、代词+名词+谓语…….{删除名词}
　　例句：3T1:This supply allows trainees to…….
　　二、过去分词作后置定语，引导词多余{删除引导词}
　　常见形式：
　　(1)、2T1:Team-based pay is more in line with the organization’s objectives than pay which based on individual achievement.
　　(2)、2T4：Data Facts Limited is an expanding management services company whose based in the north of England.
　　It will be necessary for those who appointed to work a certain number of evenings and weekends.
　　三、介词乱用{删除介词}
　　常见形式：
　　1、导致句意不符,文意不通

　　2、导致主语缺少，句子结构混乱

　　3、介词加于及物动词之后

　　四、不定式当目的状语，不用how引导{删除how}
　　常见形式：
　　(1)、2T3:We focus on our strategy how to achieve market leadership.
　　(2)、3T4:The purpose of the campaign is how to reinforce our position…….
　　五、词义重复{删除多余单词}
　　常见形式：
　　Whole life-long learning;new change;sure success;three years time…….
　　六、固定搭配{删除多余单词}
　　常见形式：

　　provide with both leadership and…….provide sth to sb=provide sb with sth
　　go on through a questionnaire(go on继续做go through执行)

　　七、动词重复/多余

　　八、双谓语{删除多余谓语}
