　　英语演讲如何让人眼亮

　　Presentation skills and public speaking are a “learnt” skill – by working on these skills, the quiet and shy person can learn to present with confidence and evidentially “Find their voice”.

　　其实，就像这里所讲，presentation技能都是可以练出来的!

　　1、Overview 简要概括

　　通常做presentation之前，作为主讲人，你需要做些简要梗概。Pre大致内容是什么?时长怎样?如何回答观众问题等等。比如，一开始你可以说一些寒暄话，让场面热络起来。然后简要概括一下背景知识，切入主题，让听众知道来这场presentation能听到什么。比如这样子：

　　Welcome / Hello everyone.

　　As you all know, this company is losing its market share. But we are being asked to increase sales by 20 – 25%. How can we possibly increase sales in a shrinking market?

　　Today I am going to talk to you about how we can do this. My presentation will be in three parts.

　　Firstly I am going to look at the market and the background.

　　Then I am going to talk to you about our new products and how they fit in.

　　Finally, Im going to examine some selling strategies that will help us increase our sales by 20%. The presentation will probably take around 20 minutes. There will be time for questions at the end of my talk.

　　实用英语口语表达(寒暄话、开场词)

　　My presentation is in three parts.

　　My presentation is divided into three main sections. Firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally…

　　I will talk about…

　　we will examine…

　　Im gonna tell you something about the background…

　　I will give you some facts and figures…

　　I am gonna fill you in on the history of…

　　We will concentrate on........

　　I will limit myself to the question of…

　　当然啦，老道的发言人会客气地给观众互动机会，比如可以这么说：

　　Please feel free to interrupt me if you have questions.

　　There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.

　　Id be grateful if you could ask your questions after the presentation.

　　2、The main body of the presentation 演讲主体部分

　　在演讲过程中，演讲人需要时不时提醒观众为什么这个演讲很重要，所讲的观点和主题有哪些相关性?这时候，你可以试试看下面的这些口语表达方法。

　　As I said at the beginning…

　　As you remember, we are concerned with…

　　This ties in with my original statement…

　　This relates directly to the question I put to you before…

　　3、Keeping your audience with you 如何抓住观众注意力?

　　作为演讲人的你要记住啦，你的演讲内容对于观众是陌生的。也许你自己非常熟悉演讲的结构，但还是要让观众知道你要转移到新的话题了。这个时候，你就需要一些转折语句。

　　Id now like to move on to…

　　Id like to turn to…

　　Thats all I have to say about…

　　Now Id like to look at…

　　This leads me to my next point…

　　当然，你可以用一些小词，比如“right” well ok等来表达你要转向另一个主题啦。

　　4、How to make correction? 如何自我纠错?

　　演讲就像泼出去的水，说错了，当然难以收回了，但是还是有一些表达，可以让你从尴尬境地中走出来，比如缓解尴尬的表达:

　　Let me just say that in another way.

　　Perhaps I can rephrase that.

　　Put another way, this means…

　　What I mean to say is…
