　　Illiteracy,in spite of increasingly easier access to education,is still a thorny issue in many parts of the world.People without the ability to read and write,indisputably,would be up against prickly problems and to put an end to the appalling level of illiteracy,protracted and unremitting efforts from the government are in desperate need.
