雅思口语考试很紧张-你该如何自救

考试时,我们一般都会很紧张,这时候不要提醒自己不要紧张,因为这种心理暗示,终大脑记住的只有紧张!紧张!紧张!试试告诉自己放松、放松、放松……

Tip 1: Go to bed early the night before the test.

 

一定要睡好,增加考试时精力充沛。

 

There is no point in cramming and studying the night before until the early hours. It’s not gonna help, it’s not gonna change your English speaking at this late stage.

 

在前晚上死记硬背和学习到凌晨是没有意义的。这不会有帮助,不会改变你在这后阶段的英语口语水平。

Tip 2: Breathe and focus!

 

所有考生面对的大困难是紧张,这会让大家焦虑、犯错,紧接着就失去所有自信。

 

So, the thing to do in the morning, you’ve got up early, had a big breakfast, get to the venue on time. Find a quiet place, just for minutes and deep breathe. It’s an amazing way to get into that moment and to get really focused.

Tip 3: Smile before you enter the exam room.

Tip 4: Make your first answers in the introduction short.

Don’t rush into your answer!Most students hear the question and they start speaking before they’ve got their first idea. It’s fine to stop for a second or two, just be silence and then give your answer.

Tip 6:Don’t worry if the examiner interrupts you or cuts in.

Tip 7: Remember in part 1and 2, it’s about you; while in part 3, it’s more general.

Tip 8: In part 3, develop your answers!

 

Give an opinion, give a reason, and give an example, and make it really specific examples.

Tip 9: Be as natural as possible.

 

Imagine that examiner is a new friend you’ve just met and you’re chatting over a coffee. They want to find out some things with you.

如果我们一直在想语言、词汇、语法,整体就会不自然,变得像机器人在聊天,没有情感、音调变化。

 

Tip 10: Enjoy the text!

 

Are you crazy? Enjoy the test? It’s the most nerve-wracking, horrible experience ever!Well, exactly, and that’s the problem. Because you think it is, it probably will be.

 

你疯了吗?享受考试?这是有史以来伤脑筋、可怕的经历!没错,这就是问题所在。因为你认为它是,它可能就会是。
