Barry

Hi, my name is Barry and I’m from South Africa.

I’ve been a teacher most of my life having taught for about 25 years. I have taught all over the world: South Africa, Israel, Holland, Thailand and now here in China where I have been for the past year. I have grown to love this amazing country and its friendly people.

I try to make my lessons them interesting and fun so that the students enjoy the lesson as I find that a happy students will be a good student. For this reason I enjoy using power-point presentations with good quality and humorous pictures, to entertain and educate at the same time and I have had great results using this method.

My passion is to see my students improve their English conversation abilities. I really love teaching and love my students.
